There are articles online that repeat American sources, claiming that the maximum amount of kombucha one can consume is 116 ml. However, it is important to note that this measurement refers to kombucha vinegar, not the FYK drink. The content of organic acids, including acetic acid, in our beverage is actually lower than in vinegar, which we also produce. Consequently, this article is misleading and is unfortunately often mindlessly repeated on various websites.
In reality, drinking kombucha is not harmful to health, and it can be consumed daily, even in large amounts, such as several or even dozens of bottles. Over the past few years, we and our children have been drinking more than 2 liters of kombucha daily, we feel great, and we can't imagine life without it.
