§1 Privacy Policy
1. The administrator of clients ' personal data within the meaning of the act of 31 March 2021 on the protection of personal data is Forever Young Kombucha with its Registered office in WARSZAWA 04-687 ul. LUCERNY 49A, NIP 5272954288.
2. The data controller complies with the principle of protection of personal data of customers provided for by the act of 31 March 2021 on the protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2015, item 2135).
3. By using the services available on the online store, the customer agrees to the processing of their personal data by the data controller in the scope provided for in this document for the purposes of providing services in accordance with applicable law.
4. Customer personal data sets are submitted to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
5. The data controller applies technical measures to ensure the protection of personal data processed, and in particular protects personal data from disclosure to unauthorized third parties, obtaining by an unauthorized person, as well as alteration, loss, damage or destruction.
6. The data controller has access to the personal data of the customers on the basis set out in this document.
§2 Scope and purpose of personal data collection
1. The Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed by the data controller in order to provide services to customers for marketing purposes (with the consent of the customer) and for accounting purposes.
2. The data controller declares that the provision of data by the customer referred to in paragraph 3 is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of services.
3. The data controller collects and processes the following customer data:
name and surname,
e-mail address (e-mail),
address of residence,
address for delivery (delivery),
phone number,
tax identification number (NIP).
§3 Cookies Policy
1. The data controller uses Cookies to collect information related to the use of the website by the customer. Cookies are small text files sent and stored on the customer's device by means of which the user connects to the website. The data controller uses "session" Cookies stored on the client's terminal device until the user logs out, disables the website or turns off the web browser, and "permanent" Cookies stored on the client's terminal device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the client. Cookies used by the data controller do not collect personal data of the customer.
2. Cookies allow the data controller to customize and optimize the website for the needs of customers, create statistics of website visits and ensure the security of the website. Cookies can also be used to identify the customer in advertising networks in order to adapt the displayed ads to his preferences and settings.
3. The customer can at any time, using his / her web browser, set the mode of handling Cookies, delete Cookies from the website or completely block their collection on his / her device.
4. Blocking by the customer the possibility of collecting Cookies on his device may make it difficult or impossible for the customer to use some of the functionalities of the website.
§4 Rights and obligations arising from the Privacy Policy
1. The data controller has the right to transfer selected information regarding customers to authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information on the basis of the applicable provisions of Polish law.
2. The customer has the right to access the content of his personal data, the right to correct and supplement them, as well as the right to request their removal or termination of processing. In order to exercise their rights, the customer may send a message to the address of the data controller or e-mail address info@fyk.bar.
3. The request to delete personal data or to stop their processing may result in the inability of the data controller to provide services.
§5 final provisions
1. Forever Young Kombucha reserves the right to amend these Terms and conditions. Forever Young Kombucha will notify about the change of the terms and conditions on the website of the online store at least 7 calendar days before the entry into force of the changes in the terms and Conditions. The change in the provisions of the regulations does not apply to Customers who placed an order during the validity of the previous version of the regulations.
2. In other matters not regulated by the provisions of these regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
3. The regulations shall enter into force on 15.12.2021.
